At Forge Labs, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you provide when using our website. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and the choices available to you when interacting with our website and services.

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Forge Labs, LLC, a Louisiana limited liability company (“Forge Labs,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit forgelabsusa.com (the “Site”), create an account, place an order or contact us.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the Site and fulfill orders.

3. How we use your information

• Process, ship and track your orders, and handle cancellations, claims and refunds.
• Run your account and send order confirmations, shipping notices and service messages.
• Verify age and research-use eligibility, and prevent fraud, misuse and violations of our Terms.
• Answer your questions and requests.
• Keep the Site secure and working, and understand how it is used so we can improve it.
• Send marketing emails, only if you sign up (see section 6).
• Keep the records we need for taxes and accounting, and comply with law, court orders and lawful requests from authorities.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the business, and only what each needs.

We may also disclose information when required by law or legal process, to protect our rights or the safety of others, to investigate suspected misuse of our products, or as part of a sale, merger or reorganization of our business. Each provider handles your data under its own privacy policy.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and browser storage to:

• keep you logged in and remember your cart (necessary for the Site to work);
• remember that you passed the 21+ age confirmation;
• protect the Site from spam and attacks (security plugins);
• measure Site traffic with analytics, e.g. Google Analytics.

We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; if you block necessary cookies, login, cart and checkout will not work.

6. Marketing emails

We send marketing emails (new products, restocks, offers) only if you subscribe through our newsletter form or opt in at checkout. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, or you can email info@forgelabsusa.com. Unsubscribing does not stop order and account emails, which we need to send to fulfill your purchases.

7. How long we keep it

When you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymize what we can and keep only what the law requires, such as order records for tax purposes.

8. Security

The Site uses HTTPS encryption, passwords are stored encrypted, and payments are entered on our processor’s secure page, so we never see full card or bank numbers. Access to order data is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by law, including the Louisiana Database Security Breach Notification Law.

9. Your choices and rights

Wherever you live in the U.S., you can ask us to:

• access the personal information we hold about you;
• correct information that is wrong (you can also update your account directly);
• delete your account and personal information, subject to the records we must keep;
• stop marketing emails at any time.

Some states, including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and Texas, give residents additional rights, such as obtaining a copy of their data in a portable format and opting out of the sale of personal information or targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, and we honor these requests where those laws apply to us.

To make a request, email info@forgelabsusa.com with “Privacy request” in the subject. We may ask you to confirm your identity, usually by replying from the email on your account, and will respond within 45 days. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

10. Age restriction

The Site is only for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21, and never from children under 13. If you believe a minor has given us information, email info@forgelabsusa.com and we will delete it and close the account.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new effective date, and for significant changes we will email account holders or show a notice on the Site.
